    • One of our clients, a pharma company, was reluctant to ask the health authorities if they could register a prescription drug for children as an over-the-counter (less regulated) drug for adults.     • Hospitals and doctors in some countries still insist on using film (slide) output for scans, instead of digital files. Film manufacturers ceased to produce films for imaging, yet the customers refuse to go digital.

    • It took Microsoft several years to embark on the internet “wagon,” which served competitors well.
